My family and friends call me by my middle name "Michael or Mike" But, I was named after my Father "Charles" Duke Parker. I've recently formed a PA for my real estate business so you'll also find me listed as C. Michel Parker, P.A. But, what is most important is not what you call me, But rather, that you call me or refer me to your friends/family when you or they need help with buying, selling, or leasing residential real estate in South Florida! C. Michael Parker was recently awarded Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society Award for outstanding sales performance in 2010. I've been buying and selling single family homes in Boca Raton and Lake Worth for the last 16 years. Currently,  C. Michael Parker owns four (4) homes in Boca Raton, where he lives in one home as his primary residence and rents out the other three (3) homes on an annual basis. Since Joining Coldwell Banker in 2008 C. Michael Parker has exceeded his prior year of sales through 2012 which will be his best year yet!
